How to Handle Fear

We all know this is a very fearful time. There’s a lot going on from diseases to protest to joblessness and racial tension. We can really find ourselves overcome by fear. Here in day 19 of the doux you challenge I have talked about fear. I don’t see fear of the way other people see it. Other people have said it is false evidence appearing real and I think that’s invalidating to people who are afraid of things. We are telling them that their fear is fake and that they made it up. Would reality fear is very real and it’s a very helpful emotion. It is helpful when used appropriately. So I created my own acronym which is find and exercise appropriate responses. I hope that you have been keeping up with the doux you challenge on my social media platforms and that this will lead you closer to the version of yourself that you want to be.
