I'm so excited to be joining Godmothers Bookstore in beautiful Summerland, California, on Saturday, September 26, for an evening conversation about The Problem with Pretty.

Together, we'll explore how beauty standards shape the way we see ourselves, our bodies, and each other—and how we can begin to reclaim our own definitions of beauty, confidence, and worth. Drawing from my background as a Ph.D. in psychology, media personality, and coach, I'll share the research behind the book, stories from my own journey, and practical insights you can apply in your everyday life.

The evening will include a conversation, audience Q&A, and book signing. Whether you've already read The Problem with Pretty or you're just beginning to question the messages we've all absorbed about appearance, I'd love to see you there.
